Old "University Apartments" Sell in Durham

The University Apartments on Chapel Hill Road in Durham were sold in May 2009 to a group from Alabama that specializes in student housing. The $3.3 million dollar sale is one of only four large apartment sales in the Triangle are during the first two quarters of 2009.
