Redevelopment Efforts Continue in Downtown Durham
The area known as Five Points in Downtown Durham has undergone a revival in recent years. Several restaurants, businesses and nightclubs have moved into renovated spaces and the city of Durham wants to help those redevelopment efforts to continue as they are along other Downtown Durham streets. To help the cause, the city has decided to sell the building at 102 Morris Street and is taken proposals from developers who can renovate and reopen the building within two years.
