Agent Membership Agreement
I am a licensed, active North Carolina Real Estate Agent who is interested in personally investing in multi-family real estate and/or who was referred to this page by a buyer for whom I am a buyer’s agent and/or who will be using this service as a resource for investors whom I may represent in the future. I wish to be notified by e-mail of Deaton’s new listings before they reach the open market. I understand that this is a free service offered by Deaton. I am eligible for agreed-upon commission splits from Deaton. I also understand that it is Deaton’s policy to pay out 40% of the total commission to cooperating buyer agents.
I am aware that Deaton works with sellers of investment properties who wish to sell their property “AS-IS.” I have reviewed Deaton’s “As-is disclaimer” and agree to communicate this to my buyer.
